Originally built in 1966 this was Colorado’s premier location, capable of seating over 900 people with 10 auditoriums… unfortunately the business filed for bankruptcy, causing them to close the doors for good in 2023. As of 2024 city officials have decided to move on to demolish this eyesore. In the near future, there will be new living spaces where this former theater one stood. . . . . . . . . . . . .
